General
TeeOfMemes.com is an online store selling printed t-shirts featuring original meme designs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Products and Pricing
All t-shirts are premium Gildan 5000 cotton in white, available in sizes S, M, L, and XL. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Colors may vary slightly between your screen display and the actual product due to differences in monitors and printing processes.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and that the payment information you provide is accurate. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Orders are confirmed via email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.
Shipping
All products are made to order and typically ship within 2-5 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5-10 business days for US orders and 10-20 business days for international orders. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
Orders of 4 or more tees qualify for free shipping within the United States. Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. However, we stand behind our quality:
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your tee arrives damaged or with a significant print defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
– Wrong Item or Size: If you receive the wrong product or size, contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
– Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund.

AI Credits and Subscriptions
Pay-Per-Use Credits: AI credits purchased individually are non-refundable. Credits are linked to an anonymous code stored in your browser. If you lose your code, credits cannot be recovered unless you saved the recovery code provided at purchase.
Creator Pro Subscription: Creator Pro is a recurring monthly subscription at the listed price. Your subscription renews automatically each month. Unused monthly credits roll over to the next month, capped at 200. Purchased top-up credits never expire. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access to your credits until then.
Top-Up Credits: Additional credits purchased by Creator Pro subscribers are non-refundable and never expire.
Creator Program
Eligibility: Anyone 18 or older may apply to become a creator. Creator accounts are subject to approval.
Submissions: By submitting a design, you represent that you own the rights to the design or have permission to use it. You grant us a non-exclusive license to reproduce, display, and sell products featuring your design.
Commissions: Creators earn a commission on each sale of their designs as specified in the creator dashboard. Commissions become payable when your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold. Payouts are processed via PayPal to the email address you provide.
Prohibited Content: Designs must not contain copyrighted characters, trademarked material, hate speech, explicit content, or material that infringes on any third party’s rights. We reserve the right to remove any design and suspend any creator account that violates these guidelines.
Intellectual Property
All meme designs, graphics, text, logos, and content on TeeOfMemes.com are our original creations or submitted by licensed creators, and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
FEBIES LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
